Roger Stannard has over 11 years experience in general fitness equipment service and repair. Working from his base in Suffolk, he covers the East of England.

 

 

 

 

 

Emergency repairs and regular maintenance visits are available for all makes and models of Commercial Fitness Equipment including: Concept 2, Cybex, Fit Rock, Force, Johnson, Life Fitness, Monark, Nordic Trac, Precor, Pulse, Reebok, Schwinn, Stairmaster, Star Trac, Stex, Technogym, Tectrix, Trotter, Woodway and many more. Emergency Repairs

 

Companies with a full service contract will receive an engineer to site within 4 working days.

Every endeavour will be made to respond to non-contract emergency enquiries within a similar timescale, please refer to our TARIFFS for cost of repair visits.

 

Maintenance

 

We strongly recommend that your fitness equipment is subject to a minimum of one annual maintenance service and inspection.

Our annual maintenance visits include:

 

·         A thorough inspection of all equipment listed on the Inventory

·         Lubrication of all necessary parts and internal cleaning where relevant

·         Minor adjustments

·         Comprehensive check list and written report, including quote for any additional work required

Standards and Guarantees

 

The services undertaken by this engineer are supplied with the following express guarantee:

All precautions are taken to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 3 months. Under no circumstances will we accept responsibility for any defects whatsoever arising from misuse of any equipment or arising from situations outside our control. This guarantee shall not apply to any defects in any goods, which have been altered by customers or third parties. Any claims made here under must be made within 30 days of discovery of the defect.
